Dont know whether this issue is resoled or not but i faced same issue and it got resolved by replacing Integer with int in entity class in your case it is Client class. So write stored procedure that inserts the data and gets the key. Please type your message and try again. Go to original post.

Instead you should be able to explicitly specify the column you want returned using prepareStatement String sql, int columnIndexes or prepareStatement String sql, String columnNames.
You can not post a blank message. OK, but now the question is how I can get integer value from rowID? To determine those you look at the documentation for the class.
