WWI PHOTOGRAPHS of an AMERICAN SINKING SHIP TAKEN FROM DECK OF GERMAN SUBMARINE
These four original WWI photographs were taken from the deck of a German U-boat.
In 1917 the USS Illinois was sunk by a German submarine.
Each rare original photograph measures 4 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches.
The photographs are set in a 14 x 18 inch mat.
There are some light stains on the edges of the mat and one of the photo's has a brown stain but otherwise very good condition!
