All sales are final as I take the time to accurately describe the item.
If an item is simply returned to me or refused upon delivery, you will not receive a refund.
PAYMENT:
I accept payment through eBay only and payment is due within 24 hours of commitment to purchase.
SHIPPING:
I ship only within the contiguous US.  Items are
not
shipped until payment has
cleared
.  I do not ship on weekends, holidays and when weather related issues occur.  No PO Boxes or APO/FPO. All items are shipped from a smoke-free home and are packed well for shipping so that you receive the item in stated condition.
I do not issue refunds on items damaged or lost in shipping until a claim is resolved and paid out from the shipping carrier. If damage occurs due to mishandling by the shipping carrier, I must be notified IMMEDIATELY upon delivery and proof of damage will be required in the form of photos of original packaging and the damages sustained to process a claim.
All my items receive two inspections.  Once upon listing and another before shipping.
