    KM-23 Silver 40 Centavos 1896 PGV in VF+ condition. Has some tiny spots, scratches on the portrait and small rim nicks and bumps, although some appear to be as struck. Purchased from a well-known dealer as an XF with a tiny rim nick. A very scarce coin with only 725,000 struck. Quite popular as well. S
