This is Pre-owned but new in the box and it has not been removed. I did partially remove the bubble wrap from her hands to make sure there was no cracks, or breaks. The box shows wear like marks, oil stains and minor rips and tears. The plastic bag with the certificate also shows wear with sokme minor scratches and rips.
