PLEASE NOTE: All Mammoth Fat 52 spoke wheels and pulleys are custom made-to-order unless otherwise specified in the ad. This is to offer our customers the widest selection possible. Outlaw Cycle Products cannot control the time of manufacturing or backordered parts, and therefore will not be responsible for delays in your order. Chrome wheels usually take 1 week to build, but due to manufacturer limitations, can take up to 4 weeks or longer. Black wheels usually take 2-3 weeks but in rare cases may take 4-6 weeks.  We will send tracking information as soon as it is available. If you have not received a tracking number within the stated time, please send us a message before leaving feedback- we are here to help, and we will respond to any message received within 1-2 days.

Please note that 2014-later Touring models will need to change stock rotors to a classic 5 screw hub mounted rotor. Models with ABS will need to compensate for larger wheel by using special bearings or Tracmax ABS module. 2014-laters will need to replace or raise their fender to accommodate the 21" wheel.
- You WILL need to modify/remove/replace your fender on most models - please ask if you are concerned about fitment.
- Models with ABS will need special ABS bearings which are an additional .00

Return Policy:
We have a 14 day return policy for all unused items in their original condition. We do not accept returns without the issue of an RMA number, so please contact us before returning the item. Returns of correctly shipped orders are subject to a 20% handling/restocking fee. Shipping expenses cannot be reimbursed. Items purchased that have been mounted, installed or used in any way cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever.

All items listed on outlawcycleproducts store are brand new and in their original packaging, unless otherwise clearly specified. Serious injury, death and property damage can result from the improper use, control, alteration, or maintenance of motorcycles. The dealer and dealers customers must exercise good judgment in the use, control, alteration, part selection and installation, and maintenance of motorcycles. Outlawcycleproducts has no control over the judgment of others and assumes no responsibility or liability of any nature for the failure of others to use good judgment.
It is your responsibility to make sure the part(s) you order, and receive, fit the application and that a qualified person installs the product.
Installed or partially installed products cannot be returned unless defective. If we made a mistake and sent the wrong part, we will gladly accept it back as long as it is still in the original package and unused. Otherwise, only new parts still in the original packaging and purchased within 14 days can be returned but are subject to a restocking charge of 20% to cover our costs. Special ordered parts cannot be returned.
If a part is damaged upon delivery contact us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it. Defective parts including electrical, cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. They can either replace or rebuild the part. All warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. Otherwise, we do not accept returns on used or installed parts. We do not reimburse for any labor fees or down time associated with the products we sell, whether due to warranty, purchasing, or shipping errors nor do we expedite shipping of missing parts. Damages from shipping are extremely rare, but if this happens you must save all packaging material in order to make a claim. If you have a return that fits the above criteria, you may call or email us for a return authorization number (RMA). Returns without RMA will be refused at the loading dock. You must make sure the product is packed properly to prevent damage and scratches during shipping. We will gladly answer your questions by email or Ebay message system.
Shipping
We ship with either USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx at our own discretion. We cannot control which shipping company is used. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.
