Chevrolet Small Block 400 engine block already bored! (330817)

Description

400 Small block Chevy 2 bolt mains
Casting number: 330817
Stamped number: T1022CSU (1974 400)
Cylinders appear to have been bored .030 over and never used.
There is no ridge at all, block appears to have been cleaned.
The entire block and cylinders are covered in a light surface rust which I believe will clean easily. A quick ball honing would clean the cylinders up nice.
Was stored inside since removed from vehicle.
I am going through a large engine collection from a machinist and can't possibly get everything checked out. But the fact that he saved the block leads me to believe it is perfectly fine.
I will honor the price paid for 60 days from the day of shipping or pickup of the block if it turns out to be unusable.
I require that it is looked at by a reputable
machine shop, provide name and phone number of machine shop and as good of pictures of the issue as possible before I will refund any money.
Pickup in Kansas is encouraged but I am willing to ship freight.

Please be aware that freight is expensive and can easily run into several hundred dollars to ship something across the country.
