    Description

    Up for bid is a clean and crisp First Day Cover in excellent condition.  The back flap is partially sealed (about 20% sealed).  i have the 1990 edition of the Mooney Catalog of 7/1/71 covers.  He gives this town a rating of D which means that there are a maximum of 75 covers available.
    I do not ship to Russia.  Too many items have gone "missing" in the Russian postal system.
